7月17日消息，知情人士透露，私募股权公司安宏资本（Advent International）和PAI Partners在对法国制药商赛诺菲公司消费者健康部门提出第一轮收购要约的收购方之中。知情人士说，Clayton Dubilier & Rice也对赛诺菲的这一业务提出了初步收购要约，该业务主要销售非处方产品。其中一些收购方建议对该部门的估值高达150亿欧元（160亿美元）。（彭博）
