最近，白天天气炎热，早上和晚间健身人数不断增多，一些晚间或24小时营业的健身场馆十分火热。记者走访多家24小时健身房了解到，目前晚间8点后来锻炼的消费者占全天客流的35%以上，晚间10点后消费者数量约占比10%。早上7点到10点进店消费者普遍为年轻白领和学生。
