2024年7月15日晚，朝阳市第二十二届“凌河之夏”文化艺术节在城区大凌河今朝辉煌广场拉开帷幕。“凌河之夏”文化艺术节是第三批国家公共文化服务体系示范项目，经过20余年的精心培育，已经成为朝阳市水平最高的综合性文化艺术节庆活动，成为群众文化交流、融合、创新、发展的平台。朝阳市“凌河之夏”文化艺术节将持续到9月初。
