西安市公安局西咸新区分局7月12日发布警情通报称，7月11日，该局在工作中发现，一则“西安三环二手车（西安黄毛）失踪”的信息在网络大量传播。经初查，该内容系程某（黄毛）、王某等人为博取流量，编造“剧本”，继而引发网民关注。目前，相关人员已被传唤到案，案件正在进一步调查中。
