注销机动车驾驶证的公告
黄如清等149名机动车驾驶人（具体名单附后），因在实习期内记满12分，根据《机动车驾驶申领和使用规定》（公安部令第163号）第八十条和《机动车驾驶证工作规范》（公交管【2022】73号）第九十五条规定 现公告其机动车驾驶证作废。特此公告。
