美国得克萨斯州休斯顿港口当地时间7月8日公告称，在对设施、电力和系统进行初步评估后，休斯顿港的所有码头将于明天（7月9日）继续关闭。当地时间7月8日凌晨4时左右，飓风“贝丽尔”以1级飓风的强度登陆美国得克萨斯州，从得克萨斯州东南部向内陆推进。美国海岸警卫队于7日宣布，得克萨斯州的主要港口受到影响，并被要求停止运营。
