7月8日9时，连云港市石梁河水库开启40孔泄洪闸泄洪，同时启动连云港市新沭河防汛Ⅳ级应急响应，发布新沭河石梁河水库洪水蓝色预警。当地正密切监视雨情、水情、工情变化，加强应急值班值守，加强水库大坝和下游河道安全监测，确保防洪安全。(王健民 李军)
