三年前，万柏林区西铭街道风声河村来了一名外来书记，他叫刘建生。从最初不被村民信任，到如今全村认可。三年间，他走访各家各户，创新党建工作，建立起了一个坚强有力的领导班子。在全市“两优一先”表彰大会上，刘建生荣获了“全市优秀党务工作者”荣誉称号。
