具体内容如下：
各镇政府、街道办，区政府各部门、直属各单位：
经研究，同意：
程洪波同志任区司法局副局长（试用期一年）；
李玉龙同志任区城市管理和综合执法局副局长（试用期一年）；
免去王礼明同志的区城市管理和综合执法局副局长职务。
