据看台海消息：台9线苏花公路崇德段1日深夜发生土石流，侵入2处台铁和仁至崇德间轨道。据了解，该路段昨（3日）才双线抢通，没想到今（4日）清晨又传出和仁隧道北口东正线被巨大落石砸断钢轨，目前东正线封锁，西正线单线双向行车。
