昨日，大连市迎来一场阵雨。据气象部门发布的消息，截至昨日15时，全市平均降雨量16.3毫米，普遍出现小到中雨，局部大雨。此次降雨伴有大雾，星海湾附近地区能见度小于200米。雨、雾虽然对交通带来不利影响，但却让城市增添了朦胧之美。
