观点网讯：7月3日，派拉蒙环球盘后一度大涨10%，据报道，派拉蒙环球(PARA.US)的母公司National Amusements与Skydance Media就合并初步条款达成了协议。此前，双方的交易在上个月未能达成一致。
合并协议的达成是在双方经过一段时间的谈判之后实现的。
