7月2日晚，针对湖南平江等地严重暴雨洪涝灾害，应急管理部迅速响应，跨省区调派国家安全生产应急救援中心、应急管理部自然灾害工程应急救援中心（中国安能）200人、38台排涝装备紧急增援，协助开展积水排涝任务，预计7月3日7时增援队伍全部到达洪涝灾区。
