金融界7月2日消息，泰禾智能公告，公司于2024年6月26日与合肥新安晟泽创业投资有限公司等共同签订《安徽省雏鹰计划晟泽创新创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）合伙协议》，投资设立私募股权投资基金，总规模为2亿元，公司认缴出资800万元，占基金总规模的4.00%。目前，该投资合伙企业已完成工商登记手续并取得营业执照，但截至公告披露日，泰禾智能尚未实际缴付出资，该投资合伙企业尚未取得中国证券投资基金业协会备案。
