川大智胜7月1日公告，公司董事兼总经理杨波因工作变动辞职，不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。截止公告日，杨波未持有公司股份。
董事会同意聘任刘健波为新任总经理，任期至本届董事会届满。目前直接持有公司股份17.9222万股。
