国家药监局官网显示，6月27日，上海微创骨科医疗科技有限公司报告，由于产品存在标签信息错误等原因，生产商微创骨科股份有限公司MicroPort Orthopedics, Inc.对其生产的全髋系统Hip System（国械注进20153131657）主动召回。召回级别为三级召回。本次召回涉及的产品未进口至中国。
