夏日里，哈尔滨市防洪纪念塔附近的松花江畔，许多市民、游客在消夏休闲。江面上，五六台“小跑车”在水中“行驶”，吸引了众人目光。仔细看才发现，原来是快艇“穿”上跑车的“外衣”。这些驰骋在江水中的“跑车”成为了江面一道美丽风景。
