北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）6月13日晚间，一心堂（002727）发布公告称，拟通过全资子公司收购重庆市万家康医药有限公司持有的39家药店资产及其存货，收购广西宝芝林药业有限公司持有的29家药店资产及其存货，以及收购阳泉百济大药房有限公司持有的15家药店资产及其存货。
同时，一心堂披露称，拟对河南鸿翔一心堂药业有限公司等多家全资子公司增加注册资本。
