6月11日，陈奕迅 Fear and Dreams 巡回演唱会官方微博发布重庆站延期公告，称陈奕迅因打网球中暑休克晕倒，导致下巴撞地受伤。意外发生后，陈奕迅立即被送到医院接受诊治，一共缝了30多针，需要休息最少三星期。因此，重庆站六场演唱会需延期至2025年内举行。同时，主办方也发布了演出延期的《票务公告》与《补偿公告》。（东方网·纵相视频 巢思远）
