024年5月25日，晋中市平遥县兴盛煤化有限责任公司木家庄煤矿井下发生一起运输事故，造成1人遇难、2人受伤。
经初步了解，该矿掘进安装队作业人员在090101回风顺槽使用绞车对拉运料时，由于外部绞车未挂空挡，造成该绞车被拉出去15米左右，将正在绞车前吊装作业的3名作业人员撞伤，其中1人遇难、2人受伤，具体原因有待进一步调查。
