当地时间5月25日，伊朗批准将伊朗国家石油公司的石油产量从360万桶/日提高到400万桶/日。该计划在伊朗首都德黑兰由临时总统穆罕默德·穆赫贝尔主持的该国经济委员会会议上获得批准。通过实施需要30亿美元投资的石油增产计划，伊朗将能够在2025年3月20日（本伊朗波斯年最后一日）时产生70亿美元的额外收入。
