据历峰集团消息，该集团已从Traglio手中收购意大利品牌Vhernier的全部股份。
资料显示，Vhernier成立于1984年，将传统的贵金属和宝石与非传统材料相结合，以其雕刻和符合人体工程学的珠宝而闻名。
