2024年5月4日3时20分左右，山西焦煤集团旗下霍州煤电腾晖煤业井下2-206工作面移架顶溜过程中，发生一起支架与溜子连接立销崩出伤人致死事故， 死亡1人，事故详细情况正在核查中。各单位要进一步提高安全生产意识,引起高度警觉,扎实做好作业现场安全管理工作。
