5月1日，采埃孚宣布与富士康完成乘用车底盘系统领域合资公司的组建。富士康通过收购采埃孚底盘模块有限公司50%股份，实现50:50同比例持股。双方于2023年7月24日签署该合资协议，并获得相关监管机构批准。新合资公司名为采埃孚富士康底盘模块有限公司。
