财联社4月28日电，俄罗斯政府网站当地时间4月28日公布延长化肥出口配额制度的决议，有效期为2024年6月1日至11月30日，总出口配额超过1970万吨，其中，氮肥超过1240万吨，复合肥约730万吨。此前，俄罗斯政府实施的化肥出口配额制度有效期至2024年5月31日，配额总量为1690万吨。
