名记Chris Haynes此前曾表示，如乔治无法与快船达成续约，76人预计将对他展开追求。
乔治本赛季的薪资为4564万美元，下赛季有4878万美元的球员选项，目前他可以提前续约的最大数额是4年约2.33亿。
