三言科技 4月12日消息，今日据平安西湖通报，网红Thurman猫一杯编造“拾到小学生秦朗丢失的作业本”视频，公安机关已依法对其作出行政处罚。Thurman猫一杯也发布视频道歉，接受处罚，并保证不再发布此类视频。
三言发现，其多个社交平台账号均已被禁止关注。
