4月8日7时20分许，垫江交巡警杠家公巡中队接到报警称，在省道S205长龙镇政府大楼附近路段一辆无牌电动三轮车与一辆二轮摩托车相撞，造成摩托车驾驶员受伤，但三轮车逃逸。
