4月4日，网民发视频称四川乐山市水口镇发生车祸，有人被车碾压。
记者从水口镇政府获悉，多部门到现场处置，系祖孙二人被一货车碾压不幸身亡。
目前，当地政府正在进行善后处理工作，当地警方正在调查事故原因。
