广东鸿图4月3日公告，公司拟对全资子公司天津鸿图、广州鸿图分别增资1.75亿元、1亿元。增资后，天津鸿图的注册资本将从2500万元增加至2亿元，广州鸿图的注册资本将从1亿元增加至2亿元，二者仍为公司的全资子公司。
