北京商报讯（记者 马换换）仅筹划一周时间，*ST金时（002951）重大资产重组宣告终止。受该消息影响，公司股价4月2日开盘跌停。
4月1日晚间，*ST金时披露了终止重大资产重组公告，公司原拟通过支付现金的方式购买青岛展诚科技有限公司控股权。不过，仅筹划一周，*ST金时表示，经公司审慎研究及与相关交易对方友好协商，决定终止筹划本次重大资产重组事项。
