3月21日，武昌生态文化长廊横穿和平公园路段，铁轨旁边有两段共几十米长的拱形围栏，仿佛一条“时光隧道”，走出隧道，樱花扑面而来，景观独特，引人入胜。
记者在现场看到，长廊内的樱花开放程度不一，预计本周末可以达到盛花期。
据了解，武昌生态文化长廊沿线种下的绿化植物多达200余种，其中樱花树1500多株。
