林州重机3月10日公告，近日与陕西延长石油物资集团有限责任公司本着平等自愿、诚实信用、双赢互惠的原则，协商一致，签署了《设备采购合同》（WZ0324MSB0034、WZ0324MSB0037），本合同金额为7.45亿元，占公司2022年度经审计营业总收入的66.54%。合同标的为液压支架及电液控系统。
