3月1日，国务院新闻办举行新闻发布会，介绍推进灾后水利基础设施建设进展情况。水利部水旱灾害防御司司长姚文广介绍，截至目前全国纳入水利部统计范围的重点水毁修复项目共5542处，已经修复了4558处，总修复率达82.2%，预计6月底前可全部完成。
