格隆汇2月29日｜澳大利亚矿业和金属公司South32声明称，已签订一项具有约束力的协议，向金光能源与资源和澳大利亚M Resources公司拥有的实体出售澳大利亚冶金煤矿项目Illawarra Metallurgical Coal，预付和递延现金对价为13亿美元，外加最高达3.5亿美元的或有价格挂钩对价，预计出售将于25财年上半年完成。
