2月21日，苏州工业园区生态环境局作出苏园环行罚字﹝2024﹞4号处罚决定书，信用中国（江苏苏州）官网载明：苏州鼎利鑫金属制品有限公司违反环评制度，依据《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》第三十一条第一款，处罚款25.8万元。
