骆驼股份2月26日公告，根据公司的实际情况及经营发展需要，经公司总裁夏诗忠提名、董事会提名委员会审查通过，董事会同意聘任蔡道军为公司副总裁，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满之日止。
蔡道军：中国国籍，无境外永久居留权，1969年出生，大学本科学历；1997年3月进入公司，先后担任骆驼集团蓄电池销售有限公司销售经理、总经理职务。
