2月20日下午，记者走访海口长滨北路看到，现场交警、志愿者及各职能部门正在紧张有序引导车辆进港。
截至2月20日9时，五源河小车待渡停车场内车辆已疏运完毕，海口“三港”已恢复正常运输秩序。
