据媒体人“导演我躺哪_basketball”的消息，前辽篮主教练杨鸣回归球队教练组。
杨鸣和吴乃群回归辽宁男篮教练组，辽宁男篮管理层组建成功了队史最强的教练团队，在这过程中乌戈教练第一个跟管理层提出了希望请回杨鸣。
2020年6月，杨鸣出任辽宁队教练组组长，行使主教练权利，率领球队两次夺得CBA总冠军。2023年9月，杨鸣离开辽宁男篮。
