据厦门市住房公积金中心网站消息，厦门市住房公积金中心2月1日发布《关于优化住房公积金贷款有关事项的通知》。
通知提到，将住房公积金贷款申请条件中的申请贷款时前连续足额缴存住房公积金时间由12个月调整为6个月；住房公积金贷款最高贷款额度及住房公积金贷款计算公式中的流动性调节系数阶段上浮至1.2，住房公积金最高贷款额度将由当前的120万元，上浮至144万元，单笔住房公积金贷款额度在原有基础上增加20%。
