【财华社讯】恒隆地产(00101.HK)公布，李天芳(亦称为李冠仪)获委任为公司独立非执行董事，于2024年3月20日生效。
独立非执行董事何潮辉因个人原因，将于2024年4月26日举行的公司股东周年大会完结后退任。何潮辉将于其退任时，同时不再担任公司审核委员会主席及提名及薪酬委员会成员。
