观点网讯：1月29日，香港差估署公布楼价指数，去年12月份报312.1点，环比跌1.4%，指数连跌8个月，累跌11.9%，去年全年指数累跌6.8%，创2017年1月后近7年新低。
对此，中原地产亚太区副主席兼住宅部总裁陈永杰指出，若短期内香港政府无进一步减辣或楼市刺激措施，楼价跌势很大机会持续。
