平准基金算不算大利好？
就算平准基金是真的，那其实也不是实质性的利好，因为上市一条龙还是继续的存在，并没有任何的限制。
我们要的是什么？要的是对ipo减持再融资退市这一条龙的一个限制。欺骗就要罚他到倾家荡产。
所以在这些利好出来之前，我们仍然不能轻易入局。
