近日，中原地产研究院发布《2023年度报告》。报告指出，2023年1-10月，20家标杆房企销售金额同比下降12%，高于全国商品房销售金额跌幅（11%）。从月度走势看，2023年2-4月标杆房企销售金额同比月均增幅20%，但随着市场快速转冷，6-10月销售金额波动下滑。
