1月10日，在金塔县金塔镇胜利村电焊培训现场，村民聚精会神地进行电焊实操练习。
近日，金塔县开展冬季集中教育，以技能培训和促进就业为抓手，紧盯市场需要、群众需求，科学设置培训课程，在各乡镇和街道社区精心组织开展多个工种的技能培训，大力提升城乡劳动力技能水平和就业创业能力。
