观点网讯：1月17日，香港本地媒体消息，内地知名火锅品牌新京熹在香港中环士丹利街开设首店，租下一间6000平方英呎的店铺，月租约为35万港元。与前租户相比，租金回调了40%。
报道还指出，近一个多月内，已有4家内地餐饮品牌相继在香港开设首店。
