鸿路钢构1月12日公告，公司拟对全资子公司湖北盛鸿建材有限公司增资1.4亿元。本次增资拟用现金出资，资金来源为自有资金。增资后湖北盛鸿建材有限公司注册资本为2.2亿元，公司持有全资子公司92.73%的股权，安徽鸿翔建材有限公司持有7.27%。
