观点网讯：1月12日，蔚来法务部声明，上海云梯信息科技有限公司控制的网络账号“车事纪”名誉权侵权一案，经终审判决认定上海云梯构成侵权，需对蔚来道歉。上海云梯未按判决内容执行道歉。
为此，蔚来已向法院申请强制执行，目前法院已正式立案执行。
