上海市人力资源和社会保障局于2024年1月2日，发布了新版上海市急需紧缺高技人才职业 (工种)目录，在原62项职业工种目录基础上，扩充到100项紧缺急需职业项目纳入人才引进范围。同时要求，加大对目录内高技能人才培育力度。
