东山精密12月26日公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人、董事长袁永刚提议公司以自有资金2000万元-3000万元通过证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式回购公司部分人民币普通股（A股）股票。本次回购股份价格上限不高于董事会审议通过回购股份决议前30个交易日公司股票交易均价的150%。
